Peter has consistently been one of the top agents every year in KoenigRubloff’s Gold Coast Office.  In 2003 he was the company’s “Rookie of the Year” closing 25 transactions for a total of $9 million in sales.  As his grew, he was one of the first in the company to develop extensive Internet-based systems to manage his marketing, client relations, and transaction management systems.  In 2005 he organized “Team Tortorello” which consisted of and a Client Relations Managers, an Administrative Manager, and two Licensed Assistants.  He is consistently the office in units sold, GCI, and numbers of transactions.

2012 was a year of expansion.  Team Tortorello and The Tarara Group merged in order to provide additional resources and services for their clients and to expand their focused market areas in Chicago and several suburbs.  The combined teams have generated nearly $400 million in residential real estate transactions.

Peter’s performance as a real estate professional is acknowledged by his peers and clients.  He was recognized by his fellow agents as the recipient of the “Norma Strey Koenig Award,” an honor for his contributions in creating a positive, professional and congenial environment in the support of his fellow realtors.  His clients have evaluated his performance as both a buyer’s and seller’s agent through a survey initiated by an independent firm.  He has consistently received nearly perfect “5” ratings, the top possible score.  Peter is also a broker representative on the KoenigRubloff Agent Council which provides guidance to the company’s management team
